Bridge Circle is a private circle of at most 30 entrepreneurs with Swiss roots who build, invest and expand across the Balkans. Vetted partners, personal introductions and deals you won’t find online.

Capital is rarely the problem. Trust is. Three questions decide whether a project in the region succeeds.

    Land registry, inheritance splits, old claims. Rarely as clear as the seller says.

    Distance is expensive. Without someone you trust on site, you pay twice.

    A contract you can’t read protects the other side.

In the Circle, these questions are answered by people who have already done it.

No course, no seminar. Access to people, eyes on the ground and a circle that’s doing the same thing you are.

Personal introductions

Patrick introduces you to builders, lawyers, accountants and suppliers he knows and has vetted himself. At least three introductions a year, with handover and follow-up.

The circle

A closed group of at most 30 members. Monthly online call with a guest, deal presentations, referrals between members. What’s said in the circle stays in the circle.

Bridge Days Ljubljana

Two days in May 2027: three speakers who have built in the Balkans themselves, a project visit, dinner at long tables. Included for members.

Deal brokering

Land, construction project, company setup, supplier: Patrick brokers and follows through. Commission is transparent and agreed with both sides upfront.

Bridge Days

Two days in Ljubljana. One table.

No talks from a stage. The speakers sit on a chair, adapt to the room and stay for dinner. On Saturday we drive out to a real project.

Who’s behind it

Patrick Jordanov

Born and raised in Switzerland. Father from Macedonia, mother from Slovenia. Speaks the languages on both sides of the bridge and lives in Slovenia today.

With his company Baubrücke he trades building materials between Switzerland and the Balkans and connects Swiss clients with partners on the ground. The Circle turns those one-off contacts into a standing circle.

The Circle gives no investment advice and sells no financial products. Patrick makes introductions, organises meetings and tells you when something doesn’t add up.

Ten founding seats. By application only.

Membership terms are discussed personally in the call. Founding members receive preferred terms in their first year and a say in speakers and topics.

What happens after I apply?

If your project fits, you immediately get a link to book a 20-minute call. We talk about what you’re planning and whether the Circle helps. Then both sides decide.

Can I attend the Bridge Days without being a member?

Selected guests may attend once before joining. Like membership, this is by application.

Can I bring my partner or a business partner?

Seats are personal, because every person in the room is selected. Anyone with their own project applies separately.

What language is it in?

German and English. At the table you’ll also hear Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Macedonian or Slovenian. Patrick translates where needed.

Who sends the invoice, and what about VAT?

The invoice comes from Baubrücke s.p. in Slovenia. For Swiss companies this is a service from abroad; your accountant handles the details.

Is this investment advice?

No. The Circle makes introductions and organises meetings. You make your own decisions, with your lawyer and accountant. Contracts with introduced partners are signed directly with them.

Is anything recorded?

The online calls are, for members who couldn’t attend. The Bridge Days are not. What’s said at the table stays at the table.
